Where can I find a specific child category/Purchase category?
Where can I find a specific child category/Purchase category?
A child category (wording used when using a custom advanced module and you want to import custom EFs) is the same as a Purchase category
You can find it by going to the Emission Factor Manager and then click on “See Purchase Categories” in the top right corner. You’ll then arrive here where you can search for Purchase categories and see where the associated emissions will go to (which regulatory entry).
How can I see the details of the emissions for a profile?
How can I see the details of the emissions for a profile?
You have 2 options:
On the platform: Via My Emissions < Carbon Footprint < Granular Audit View, you can filter on the emissions according to different properties (e.g., source, category, etc.). At the bottom you can find 2 tables: one with all activities and the associated emissions and one with all the EFs used.
In a CSV file: If you want to download the emissions and look at them in Excel (or Gsheet), you can use the “Export data” button at the top of the page under “My Emissions < Carbon Footprint”.
A specific module has had the status “Processing by Greenly” for a long time now but nothing happened, why is that?

Raw data are only automatically processed by the platform in Lightweight and End-to-end modules. For Advanced ones, partners are responsible to do the analysis themselves. All necessary resources can be found in the Partners deck slide 33.
How can I change the GHG Assessment’s period?
How can I change the GHG Assessment’s period?
You can’t change that manually
It’s based on the dates of the accounting file you upload (and by default January to December of the specific profile year)
You can see the dates when you click on the year in the navigation bar on the left of your screen
Example:
If the profile year is 2024, it’ll by default go from 1st of January 2024 to 31st of December 2024
If you upload an accounting file whose start date is on the 1st of February 2024 (and thus whose last expenses are around end of January 2025) then you’ll see that automatically the dates shown on the platform will go from Jan 2024 - Dec 2024 to Feb 2024 - Jan 2025

How can I create Supplier-specific Emission Factors?
You can’t do that on your own. Don’t hesitate to reach out to your Account Manager to discuss this further.
