Sometimes, our emails are cataloged as spam or promotional/junk mail.
To avoid this and to receive Greenly's carbon survey and training emails, your employees need to whitelist the Greenly sender address.

Add Greenly to your contacts
Move the email from the “Promotions” tab to the “Primary” tab
