Workshop preparation

🎯 Goal - Decide on the most relevant reduction actions

👩 Who’s invited on the clients side? - The project responsible and other members of the team (5-10 stakeholders)

🤠 Who’s invited on your side? - People you deem relevant to the meeting and who’ve worked on the GHG Assessment.

⌚️ When? - When agreed upon during Climate strategy initiation meeting

✌🏽How many? - 1 workshop minimum (but check your agreement with the client!)

Before the workshop

  1. Verify the actions selected by your clients and add the ones you think are relevant

You can write comments in the actions if you want to remember questions to ask, topics to discuss…

  2. If you have any doubt you can:

    1. Ask ChatGPT if it has other suggestions for this sector

    1. Ask ChatGPT if there are regulations in this sector (for instance, a law about renewable electricity for industry)

  3. Send the Pre-read document to the client, to make sure workshop attendees are brought up to speed. Can be generated from Admeenly, the button “Send workshop pre-read report” is next to the “Manage report exports” button.

/!\ You need to modify the last slide with the selected actions

  4. Create the note NZC Workshop meeting and add any specific topic to cover with your client

During the workshop

Roll-out:

  • Introduction: Open the report/platform and explain…

    • the GHG results

    • the chosen target

    • the workshop goal

    • the actions pre-selected

  • Actions selection: Open the page My Actions / Actions, Filter by category

    For each action:

    • Click on it, discuss the action with the guests and write your comments in "My Climate Expert comments"

    • Either delete it or save it

    • (Optional) Ask for the final KPI if clients already know it

  • Next steps:

    • Clients decide on final KPI and end year

    • Report is generated and final meeting
